Just a brief note to express our joint thanks for the superb catering and management of the bar you provided for our daughter Carolyn’s wedding reception following her marriage to Dan on 31 May 2008.
We are grateful for your assistance in all aspects of the planning and organising over the last few months, which ensured the afternoon and evening festivities went without any hitch and ensured it was an extremely memorable experience for ourselves and all of our guests. Despite the limited kitchen space and serving area available to you at Herd Farm, we ( and all present) were extremely impressed by the standard of food and professional manner of its presentation and serving.
The polite, friendly and happy manner of your staff was a credit to your business. From the serving of the buck’s fizz on arrival, throughout the meal and onwards to closing of the bar at midnight, nothing was too much trouble to any of your staff. A couple of minor changes to the planned sequence( e.g. coffee to be served outside ) were accommodated without question or concern.
We were blessed not only by the sunny weather but also by the presence of an exceptional catering team.

Just wanted to thank you all for the excellent buffet you provided for our party at the Queen’s Arms on Saturday 27th October. The presentation was excellent and the feedback from our guests regarding the quality of the buffet was music to our ears! They couldn’t get over how tasty all of it was, everything was really excellent, from the various wraps, tarts and even how tasty the sandwiches were. The Belgium chocolate tarts were to die for ! We will certainly be recommending you to our friends  and will be in touch if we need catering in the future.

Thank you for giving such a wonderful service at the Studio 54 Melo fundraising event, we have had nothing but good reports back on the food it really was wonderful, just wish I had more time to have it myself. Also your staff  worked really hard cleaning down tables and at all times making sure everyone had food, excellent work. I must comment on the Chocolate Fountain and how it was presented - magnificent !

I would be most grateful if you could pass on this e-mail to your catering staff and tell them how much everyone enjoyed the buffet at our ITP Convention on 22nd April. So many people commented on the excellent quality of food and the staff were great.
The Coeliac meal was astonishingly delicious and satisfying - to the extent I had never conceived possible; more a meal ‘with’ than ‘without’ !
