Below is an idea for your wedding menu, but all menus can be customised based upon your requirements. After confirmation of your booking we invite you for a free wedding tasting to finalise the menu and ensure all your expectations are met.

Roasted aged sirloin, black pepper and sea salt seasoned, with a red wine and tarragon sauce bacon lardons, baby onions, woodland mushrooms
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and smoked ham set on a white wine chive veloute sauce
Roast loin of local reared pork cider gravy bacon and baby onions sage and apple stuffing
Poached Salmon served in a fish stew with saffron and fennel
Rosemary scented rack of lamb, honey and rosemary jus with ratatouille tartlet
Breast of Duck on savoy cabbage and bacon lardons red wine and puy lentil sauce, apple compote
Thyme roasted chicken breast on a ratatouille of Mediterranean vegetables and red wine jus
Prime beef steak braised in red wine with fine root vegetables, creamy white onion mash potato
Slow cooked shank of lamb red wine and rosemary jus
